Since the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law in June 2020, Hong Kong has gradually returned to peace, yet many individuals who have fled overseas continue to challenge the bottom line of the law. Consequently, these people cannot escape the fate of being wanted, and their arrest warrants can be seen in various places across Hong Kong.

Co-produced by HKGPao and Silent Majority for Hong Kong, the program Fugitives Beyond Redemption features host Vanessa Chow using three national security wanted criminals as examples. The show reviews their misdeeds in Hong Kong and also details how they promote "Hong Kong independence" after leaving the city. The protagonist of the first episode is Nathan Law, examining how he lost everything beneath political vanity.
